Wallet Points Redemption Policy

2. Returns, Cancellations & Governance
In the event of order cancellation, partial return, or refund, all credited Wallet Points and issued free rewards (Silver/Gold Coins) for that order must be returned intact or will be deducted from the final payout/wallet balance.
